The UN’s focus celebrates co-ops’ role in advancing the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, such as reducing inequality, alleviating poverty, and creating local jobs. In BC, co-ops are already leading the way. - Co-op Connect Tradeshow (Feb 13): A virtual event to foster partnerships, highlight co-op products, and strengthen networks.
- BC Co-op Tour: (March to October) A province-wide tour featuring workshops, film screenings, and networking to connect communities and highlight the co-op model.
- Advocacy: Efforts to promote co-op recognition and support among all levels of government.
- National Collaboration: Aligning with Canada’s co-op movement for shared learning and opportunities.
