Christian is one of the co-founders and currently the Executive Director of the OGO Car Share Co-op. He is also the Executive Director of the Federation of Canadian Car Share Co-ops. Here in Kelowna, OGO started operations in 2013 with only two vehicles and 35 members. Since then OGO has grown to eight vehicles and over 230 members. Challenging the status quo is necessary to change the car dependent habits and move forward to build sustainable communities. Christian wants to see our communities become more resilient and foster innovation and creativity; he believe co-ops play an important part in achieving this goal. He is excited to play an active role in supporting BCCA’s new strategic plan.
